Artificial intelligence (AI) has evolved from a niche technology to a core driver of global economic and social transformation, with 2024-2025 witnessing unprecedented breakthroughs in multimodality, embodied intelligence, and computing power. This article explores three critical dimensions of the current AI landscape: first, the latest technological advancements reshaping the foundational capabilities of AI systems; second, the deep integration of "AI+" across key industries and its transformative impacts; and third, the ethical dilemmas and governance frameworks emerging alongside rapid innovation. By analyzing cutting-edge developments, real-world applications, and regulatory responses, this paper argues that balancing technological progress with responsible governance is essential to unlocking AI’s full potential for societal good.
