The statement said that "the list containing the names of 1,468 Palestinians detained in the Gaza Strip has been received."
The list in question,HamaswithIsraelIt was reported that the agreement was taken as a result of contacts that have been ongoing for more than a month through mediators within the framework of the ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement and information exchange reached between the two countries.
The statement stated that the list was reviewed in collaboration with relevant institutions and the names were identified by checking. It was also reported that all names except 11 were confirmed. As for the 11 names that could not be confirmed,researchand investigations are reportedly continuing.
Hamas stressed that Israel bears responsibility for the lives of all details held in its prisons and for any fraud or irregularities in the list of names.
Hamas, which received a list from Israel for the first time containing the names of Palestinians detained in Gaza, stated that the reason for the delay was Israel's stalling and cheating by manipulating some names.
Hamas also stated that Israel has still forcibly disappeared some Palestinian prisoners in its prisons and detention centers and has so far refused to comment on these.
It was reported that Hamas continues its efforts to reveal the fate of these people.
