Sharing simple Chinese dishes 1. Cabbage and tofu soup (you can add a fried egg)

Sour radish (this is delicious, can also be eaten as a side dish)

Ingredients: Radish, Pickled Chili, Vinegar, Rock Sugar

Steps:

1. Cut the radish into cubes or, add one or two spoons of salt to marinate, you can also use white sugar, it tastes better.

2. Soak out the water, there is no standard for this, the longer the water soaks, the more water there will be, and the faster you can eat it later.

3. Wash it clean and squeeze out water, add cold boiled water to go through one last time, and then squeeze it dry.

4. Add radish and pickled chili to the basin, see if you't eat spicy food and put less, add vinegar to the full, add a little bit of pickled chili water, add a little bit of rock sugar, you can eat in a day or two, pure vinegar without adding water can soak several radishes. This can be paired with rice noodles.
