Zha Jiang Mian
Ingredients: Minced Pork, Spices, Yellow Bean Sauce, Mushroom Powder

Steps:
1. Fry the minced pork until the blood water is dry, add the spices when the oil comes out, and remove the fishy smell (you can add a little)
2. Add mushrooms and mushroom water, stir-fry
3. Add yellow bean sauce, stir-fry
The steps are simple, but've had enough of it personally.
