Today, everyone's life has undergone tremendous changes. Malnutrition, unhealthy diet, smoking, drinking, drug abuse, stress, etc., are all manifestations of unhealthy lifestyles, and they are used as the main forms of lifestyle. Moreover, citizens' lives are facing new challenges. The challenge lies in the excessive and improper use of technology.

Therefore, based on the existing research, it can be said that: Lifestyle has a significant impact on a person's physical and mental health. This impact takes different forms. In certain ethnic groups, kinship is a major lifestyle, which can lead to genetic diseases. Reforming this unhealthy lifestyle is a preventive factor for reducing the incidence of genetic diseases. In some countries, excessive use of drugs is a major unhealthy lifestyle. Iran is one of the 20 countries that use the most drugs. They prefer drug treatment rather than other interventions. Additionally, in 15-40% of cases, they use drugs without a prescription. In Iran, painkillers, eye drops, and antibiotics are the most commonly used. Although self-medication with antibiotics and other drugs has a negative impact on the immune system, if an individual is infected, antibiotics will not be effective in treating the infection. Overall, 10% of patients who self-medicate will experience serious complications, such as drug resistance. Sometimes drug allergies are so severe that they can lead to death.
